You'll be in good company

Kristin presented at the OneUT Cabinet Retreat, which is the leadership group of all the University of Tennessee System campuses and institutes (UT Knoxville, UT Chattanooga, UT Health Science Center, UT Southern, UT Martin, UT Institute of Agriculture, and the UT Institute for Public Service) and we were BLOWN AWAY!

First, she was absolutely hilarious (literal LOLing) and kept our attention the entire time. But secondly, she provided us with excellent analysis of the various generations and how that plays in to our interactions in the work place. You walk away with a great understanding why your supervisor/colleague/spouse/kid – and yourself! – behaves a certain way and how to better approach and interact with them!

12/10 would totally recommend for any workplace or professional teams, especially if they are struggling to get on the same wave length with their communications to each other!

Vice Chancellor for Communications and Marketing at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center
