Welcome to Summer School 2026
Summer School 2026 is your opportunity to build real, practical communication and leadership skills that actually work in today’s workplace. This year, we’re keeping it simple with two powerful ways to grow: weekly webinars and new Pop-Up one-on-one sessions with Kristin.
Think of the webinars as your chance to pull up a chair and sit at the lunch table with me. These midday sessions are designed for professionals at every level of their career and focus on strengthening the communication skills that actually make a difference—how you show up in meetings, navigate conversations, give feedback, and connect across generations. It’s practical, it’s relevant, and yes—you can eat your lunch while we do it.
Because let’s be honest… if you’ve ever been in the middle of a generational situation thinking, “Okay… what is happening right now?” or “I really wish I could talk this through with Kristin,”—now you can.
In the past, I’ve spent most of my time on the road working directly with organizations, which meant there wasn’t much space for one-on-one conversations like this. Summer School changes that. These Pop-Up sessions are designed for real-life situations—those moments where you want to think through a generational dynamic, a communication challenge, or how to approach something more effectively.
This isn’t about needing an answer in five minutes—it’s about having a place to process, get perspective, and walk away with a clear plan.
No fluff. Just real conversations, real tools, and real growth—all summer long. You can register for sessions now!
